Are they the newest home trend or is it just a coincidence? For years I've struggled with a black thumb, after a successful season growing heirloom tomatoes I thought a terrarium could be a fun experiment. I started seeing terrariums all over, on my recent trip to Philadelphia I noticed them in homes, apartments and restaurants. Looking into these glass ecosystems is like a little escape, it's the kind of place you could imagine fairies would live. I remember them from the 70's and they have come a long way.

Finding the perfect container is the 1st step, these are super cute.

Oh now there surely is a fairy in this one from Minature Moss Terrariums
