You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging on to fedex.com or ups.com and entering the tracking number you received.
Modify an Order

Shipping and Handling Guidelines
Orders placed any day before 1 PM PST, 3PM PST M-F will be processed the same day, excluding holidays, items will ship the same day pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST, 10 AM PST will be processed and shipped the next business day. - All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item in order for a return request to be processed and to
receive a Return Authorization Process. Once a return request is received a Return Authorization Number is then issued. After being issued a Return Authorization Number, unworn, undamaged merchandise must arrive at the address below within 14 days. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- Items must be new, unworn, in their original condition and with all garment tags, trims, belts etc attached..
